Who do we contact to discuss my challenge(s)?

Les leads the consultancy business and resides in the North East of England following relocation to the UK from the US in 2001. Les has a network of selected Associates all of whom have proven track records of delivery of significant value to the client base in both the private and public sectors. Les has held key leadership roles at large and small organizations in Canada and the US.

Some key assignments for clients include the development of a strategic plan for off shore wind for One North East Development Agency including the design and functionality of a business incubation facility to be built at a regional port. As Interim Director at Yorkshire Forward Regional Development Agency from 2002-2005, Les led a team that successfully delivered the launch technology phase of the Advanced Manufacturing Park regeneration initiative in South Yorkshire and managed a total public spend of £38 million attracting The Boeing Company as launch tenant.

In 1996, Les relocated from his native Canada to the US to accept a position as Treasurer with Carrier Corporation - Latin American Operations, in Miami, Florida, USA where he contributed as a member of the Executive team to the delivery of the best divisional operational and financial results in Carrier Corporation in one year. In 1999, he relocated to Indianapolis, Indiana as Director, Strategic Relations with Rolls-Royce North America where he led collaborative strategic alliances with selected Japanese aero engine partners Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and others.

He then went on to accept a position with Como Products as General Manager and Vice President Finance in Columbus, Indiana, USA to manage a turnaround opportunity for a plastic injection moulding company. The outcome resulted in the safeguard of both private and institutional investor's interests.

Prior to 1996, Les lived in Montreal, Quebec, Canada where he held several

management positions of increasing responsibility in many business operating units at Pratt & Whitney Canada. Les graduated from Concordia and McGill Universities in economics and graduate business studies and speaks French and Spanish.
